Who is RethA Mae TAYLOR-PARSONS

I was raised on farmland, working shoulder-to-shoulder with my sisters, cousins, and grandparents. As a preacher’s daughter, I was guided by the grounded wisdom of my father. A man who, despite only receiving formal education through the third grade, understood the power of learning and vision.

He poured his hopes into me and my sisters, encouraging us to pursue the very opportunities he never had. That legacy of faith, hard work, and purpose has shaped everything I do.

From those early lessons in the fields to my continued work today, my life has been about lifting others up. I believe that when you're rooted in strong values and fueled by knowledge, there's nothing you can't build.
